Courses
Registration can be done by phone or e-mail.
Course fees are due upon registration.
If the course is rescheduled or cancelled by the course management, you will be notified immediately.
In case of cancellation of a course by the course management, the course fee already paid will be refunded.
If a course participant withdraws within 28 to 14 days prior to the start of the course, half of the course fee will be retained; if the participant withdraws later, the entire course fee will be retained. However, it is possible to transfer the course registration to another person.
There is no liability on the part of the course management for damage to clothing or personal belongings or for accidents and injuries.
The use of the tools, as well as the stay in the workshops and in the yard, is exclusively at your own risk.
Fabrications/Commissioned work
Jewelry pieces to be made especially for the customer require a down payment of 50%, in case of delivered material a down payment of 20% to be paid by the customer (guideline is the cost estimate).
After completion and handover, the remaining amount is to be paid.
No liability is assumed for delivered material (gemstones, etc.). The client bears the risk himself.
Custom jewelry cannot be exchanged.
